1. Filling Type :

Injection-type hyaluronic acid filling：The advantages are that surgery is not required, and the result is instantaneous, almost without a recovery period; the disadvantages are that the duration is short and that repeated injections are needed.

2. Filling implants :

The advantage of such foreign bodies as Gore-Tex and artificial dermis is that the results are lasting; the disadvantages are that surgery is required and there is a recovery period despite the small sound. Just as hyaluronic acid injections do, the youthlites created come in a fixed size and cannot extend with facial expressions, thus lacking the “natural” look.

Autologous tissues : Autologous fascia or fat is implanted. There is no rejection, but the implant may be absorbed.

3. Cosmetic Surgery :

The lower eyelid orbicularis muscle is folded and fixated to create permanent results. The youthlites created extend with facial expressions. However, the wound is larger, and the recovery period is relatively longer.

Precautions

1.Refrain from bending over and bowing the head to lift heavy objects within two weeks after surgery. Refrain from smoking and drinking and avoid drinking other energy drinks. Do not open the mouth too wide and exaggerated facial expressions, such as yawning or laughing.
 
2.Please take oral medication at fixed times as medically advised. Return to the clinic for suture removal after seven days. The appearance will gradually return to natural one month after surgery.
 
3.Apply cold press for three days after surgery to avoid bleeding and pain. From the fourth day, apply warm press to help the bruising to subside. Apply it 3-4 times a day and for 10-20 minutes each time.

Ａ：It was difficult to retain youthlites thorough the procedure back in the day. However, with the improved procedure, youthlites may be partially retained although they may be reduced in size.
