第一航廈
入境後左轉至地下二樓B2，依指示至機場捷運A12站，搭乘直達車/普通車至A1站(台北車站)。轉乘捷運板南線（藍線）至忠孝復興站後，於4號出口出站，依照下圖示，直行約50公尺即達。
第二航廈
入境後右轉至地下一樓B1，依指示至機場捷運A13站，搭乘直達車/普通車至A1站(台北車站)。轉乘捷運板南線（藍線）至忠孝復興站後，於4號出口出站，依照下圖示，直行約50公尺即達。
機場計程車 Taxi
機場計程車(Taxi)：於機場出境大廳外有專程計程車招呼站，單程車資約是NTD1200-1500元。
The taxi station is outside of the departure lobby. The cost for one way is NTD1200-1500.
機場巴士 Airport Shuttle Bus
機場巴士(Airport shuttle Bus)：於出境大廳內有許多通勤巴士往返桃園與台北。
We have many buses from Taoyuan to Taipei in the departure lobby.
飛狗巴士、長榮巴士、大有巴士、尊龍客運 : 桃園機場 - 台北捷運忠孝復興站
Please take 飛狗巴士、長榮巴士、大有巴士、尊龍客運 airport shuttle bus to MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing, then walking about 2mins you will see our clinic is on the 5nd floor .

收費 Payment
手術前付清費用。本院接受新台幣(NTD)、人民幣(CNY)、美金(USD)、港幣(HKD)、日幣(JY)、馬幣(MYR)。另外我們也接受國外轉帳付費(wire transfer)和信用卡(Visa Card，Master Card，銀聯卡)付費，如須了解受款方式與轉帳資料的話，請來電詢問。
Payment in full before the surgery started is required. We accept currency of NTD,CNY,USD,HKD,JY or MYR. Besides, we accept the payment by wire transfer or credit card (visa, master, union pay). If you need information related to this service, please give us a call.
匯兌 Exchange
您於桃園國際機場的台灣銀行櫃檯可以美金匯兌成台幣，或至各大銀行兌換亦可，但須注意本地的銀行於週六、日並不營業。如需了解各國貨幣的兌換金額請到此處直接概算。
You could exchange at the foreign exchange counter in CKS/Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, or in all other banks.
