Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal

Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal Radix, Dorsum and Tip Correction

Surgery Features

Exquisite nose shapes have set off a wave in recent years, from the early one-piece rhinoplasty, two-piece rhinoplasty to the current three-piece rhinoplasty (Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal Radix, Dorsum and Tip Correction), the esthetic sense of men and women who wish to have a tall nose bridge and a pointed nose gradually changed. Now, rhinoplasty not only achieves a three-dimensional radix, a tall nose, but also creates the full-volume area between the eyebrows.

What is Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal Radix, Dorsum and Tip Correction

Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal Radix, Dorsum and Tip Correction: It refers to the tip of the nose and nasal septum divided into two parts, coupled with the nose bridge and radix, three parts altogether. A suitable nose mode is selected for implantation. For the nose tip, nasal septum cartilage is used for the implant. Then, according to needs, the ear cartilage or septal cartilage is used to elevate the nose tip. After surgery, the nose tip not only appears pretty and tall, but also facilitates the natural elasticity of the nose, thus improving the defect of a shorter and flatter nose common among Asians anf creating a three-dimensional nose.

Surgical Approach

Augmentation Rhinoplasty with Nasal Radix, Dorsum and Tip Correction involves selecting a nose mode with a suitable height, which is implanted into the first segment of the nasal septum and the radix. For the nose tip, according to needs, ear cartel or nasal septum cartilage is used to raise the second segment of the nose tip, and the nasal septum cartilage is implanted into the nasal septum, which is the third segment. The nasal septum is extended as the basic framework. Then, using the ear cartilage, the nose tip shape is modified. This surgical approach is not limited by artificial nose bones and has greater adjustment flexibility. At the same time, the nose tip with an adequate length and an exquisite three-dimensional look are created for clients with a bulbous nose or short nose.
