4D Fine Thread Lifting

4D Fine Thread Lifting

Application Features

4D fine thread lifting uses surgical suture wire. The material is PDO (Polydioxanone), which is also known as protein wire. After it is embedded into the skin, the body can absorb it and create a synergistic effect, without a need for suture removal. It is safe and effective. Through lifting and collagen proliferation stimulation, firming, lifting, and skin improvement results lasting up to a year can be achieved.

The 4D fine thread has obtained U.S. FDA and Korea KFDA certifications. It is very safe and adjustable and creates immediate results, lasting for up to nine months. After the wire is absorbed, it induces collagen proliferation, and the result produced lasts for about two years. The long-term effects promote collagen proliferation, angiogenesis, increased blood circulation, skin renewal, firming, lifting, and skin improvement results.

The 4D fine thread lifting technology lifts sagging skin through injections. The simple injection technique, unlike traditional lift surgery, uses special surgical sutures to lift sagging facial skin. Targeting apparent sagging and aging, it can position, stabilize, and continue to move facial tissue downwards, while moving the subcutaneous tissues towards the wire part, thereby effectively achieving lifting and firming results.

Three Advantages

1.Short recovery period and immediate results.

2.No scars, low risk, low infection.

3.Treatment complemented by other therapies at the same time.

Who Need

1.Young and mature individuals whose skin firmness is inadequate.

2.Those who wish to have a V-line face.

3.Those who wish to improve their nasolabial lines, sagging cheeks and corners of the eyes, but do not wish to resort to surgery.

Site for Improvement

1.To improve the whole face, chest, and contours.

2.To improve fine lines around eyes, nasolabial lines, tear trough (nasojugal groove), grandma lines, labiomandibular wrinkles, and other wrinkles.

3.To improve skin texture, firm up the skin, reduce pores, and whiten the skin.

Treatment Process

First clean the site→apply local anesthesia for 30 minutes→place the wire using a fine needle and introduce the PDO suture into the skin tissue to cover, and the wire will form a “knot” , firmly adhered to the positioned site unmoved. A V line will be presented, and muscles and fat nearby will be fixated in place, forming lift and firming results. In addition, it generates a small wound and does not leave a scar. Besides slight bruising, there is almost no side effect. Cold press must be applied after surgery, but other special care is unnecessary. Makeup maybe applied the next day.

Precautions

1. Consult with the surgeon before surgery to confirm expected results.

2. Do not apply make up on the day. Refrain from taking saunas, drinking, and eating spicy foods within one month after surgery.

3. The injection is unsuitable for those who are allergic to drugs, have keloid swelling, pregnant, and are taking muscle relaxants as well as patients with severe myasthenia gravis.

4. Strengthen postoperative care. Refrain from squeezing the injection site or exaggerated facial expressions.

5. Refrain from getting a facial and exfoliation one month after surgery. Do not forcibly rub the skin during facial cleansing.

Q&A

Q:Can hyaluronic acid and Botox be conjunctively used?

A:Yes they can. 4D fine thread lifting can be used for compound therapies to create better results.

Q:What are the side effects after treatment?

A: In a few cases, bruising may be experienced after therapy, but it will disappear after about 3~7 days, so it is no cause for concern. Apply cold press to improve the problem.

Q:How long does it take to see results

A: Postoperative results are immediate, because the wire has stimulated collagen tissue proliferation. In the beginning, slight “tightness” may be felt, but it is normal.

Q:What are the postoperative precautions?

A:Apply cold press after surgery to reduce swelling. Take anti-inflammatory pills and painkillers for three days after surgery. Do not forcibly rub the face or make exaggerated facial expressions within one month after surgery.
