Precautions

1.Avoid wearing heavy makeup on the day of treatment.
 
2.Strengthen moisturizing and repair and sunscreen. Avoid direct sun exposure and reduce outdoor activity.
 
3.Do not perform exfoliation before surgery and one week after surgery. Do not apply whitening products (ＬC. Arbutin, etc.), acid products (A acid, AHA, salicylic acid, etc.), and skincare products containing irritating ingredients (alcoholic ingredients).
 
4.Avoid heat stimuli one week after surgery, such as sauna, oven, stem room, hot spring, face washing using hot water, etc.
 
5.Do not be in contact with tap water within 12 hours after treatment.
 
6.Do nose use skincare products or drugs not prescribed by the doctor during the treatment period.
 
7.It is recommended electrolyte water, such as Shupao, Pocari, brine, etc. be supplemented after surgery.
 
8.Discontinue oral A acid use for half a year.

Q&A

Ｑ：Is microneedle lift therapy painful?

Ａ：Before treatment: First apply local anesthesia and begin treatment after the treatment site has been numbed. The needle is very small and enters vertically into and out of the skin, and thus the pain is not obvious. There may only be slight tingling in more sensitive parts, but the sensation is generally acceptable.

Ｑ：How many microneedle therapy sessions do I need to see improvement?

Ａ：2-6 therapy sessions are usually required, but the number will depend on age, skin condition, sequelae of different parts, and other factors. First consult a professional doctor to devise the best treatment plan.

Ｑ：What is postoperative care for microneedle therapy?

Ａ：Do not be in contact with water within four hours on the first day of treatment. Sunscreen and strengthened moisturizing will do the rest, just like all other therapies.

Ｑ：If I undergo only one microneedle treatment, will obvious results be seen?

Ａ：Microneedle treatment involves the use of micnimally-invsive fine needles that stimulate collagen regeneration. Hence, multiple sessions will bring more obvious results. The recommended basic therapy package contains at least 4-6 sessions. During treatment intervals, acid skin resurfacing or other light therapies may be supplemented. Depending on the skin improvement result, evaluate whether further therapy is needed.

Ｑ：Am I at risk for scars after microneedle therapy?

Ａ：After completing therapy, please strengthen moisturizing and sunscreen before going out with makeup on. Some people may experience slight skin peeling and whiteheads/blackheads 3-5 days after treatment. After the peeling has been completed, the skin will become delicate and smooth. As long as you do not have a physical constitution prone to keloids, scarring is not likely.
