Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift

Surgery Features

♦The Greatest Advantages of Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift

1.Endoscopic correction brow lift is intended for young people with looser congenital forehead muscle tissue, resulting in drooping eyebrows, drooping eyelids, and triangular eyes. IT can accurately correct the eye shape and drooping eyelid problems, thus restoring the youthful radiance.

2.The wound is a concealed minimally invasive wound. The wound is almost invisible, there is almost no bruising or hematoma, and the recovery is fast, thus the name scar-free surgery.

3.Endoscopic correction lift surgery is lasting. For people with congenial loosening of forehead muscular tissues, they may undergo surgery again several years later to improve the sagging problem.

♦Presenile Symptoms Experienced by People in their 20s

Some people experience early signs of aging at a young age, resulting in the emergence of drooping corners of the eyes and “the eyebrow pressing against the eye.”

The problems experienced by many are mostly congenital; some experience them because of staying up late at night and fatigue. If you find yourself habitually raising your eyebrows when you open your eyes, it is because your eyebrows have droop below the brow bone, resulting in drooping eyelids, “the eyebrow pressing the eye,” and the generation of wrinkles. A few people improve the problems through double eyelid surgery, but it often reverts to the sagging look after less than a year after surgery. This is because the forehead tissues continue to droop, as if the fixer on the curtain is hanging loose and resulting in the lower part of the curtain touching the ground. If we keep trimming the lower part of the curtain, although the hanging curtain problems can be temporarily resolved, since the loose fixer above has not been repositioned, the curtain will continue to droop until the curtain has been completely trimmed, but the loosening problem remains.

Therefore, when you already have such a problem that causes “the eyebrow to press against the eye” and “triangular eyes,” you must reposition the drooping forehead tissues to return the forehead skin tissues to the correct position and correct loose skin and uneven eyebrow shape, thereby improving drooping eyebrows and eyes and restoring the bright and piercing eyes you once had.

Surgical Approach

Endoscopic Forehead Lift is a type of minimally invasive surgery. Make four incisions on the upper part of both sides of the forehead and within the hairline near the temple with wounds measuring just a little over 1cm. Then, place an elongated microscopic endoscope to view from an amplified external screen. Using a special endoscopic peeling instrument that penetrates the gap between the deep-laying facial tissue and bone, while avoiding the blood vessels and nerves, the periosteum is slowly peeled. Then, the “Endotine Forehead Device” is fixated in the depths of the soft tissue. The whole slice of tissue (fascia, muscle, and skin tissue) undergoes 3D stereoscopic lift and fixation. to the small wounds, postoperative bleeding and pain are greatly reduced, thereby minimizing postoperative discomfort.

Size of scar

One wound measuring about 15-20 cm in length

Four small wounds meaning just over 1cm.

Location of scar

Extending to the ear, the forehead, and he other ear.

Above the forehead and beside both temples

Condition of scar

Concealed in the hairline

There are four small wounds in the hairline. With endoscopic lifting surgery, wounds are les likely to be detected, as each wound measures just over 1cm.

Precautions

1.Postoperative self-care and sunscreen are very important.

A.Medical electric massage shampoo chair is available for more comfort after surgery.

B.A processional nurse will change dressing with care. Therefore, there is no need to worry about wound infection.

C.Special instruments are introduced to reduce swelling.

2.Please take postoperative anti-inflammatory medicine, four times a day, after three meals and before sleep to reduce swelling and prevent inflammation.

3.Cold press: Please continue to apply cold press within 72 hours after surgery (for three days after surgery), for 15-20 minutes every time and at least 4 times a day.

4.Hot press: Start applying hot press continuously 72 hours after surgery (the fourth day after surgery), for 15-20 minutes each time and at least 4 times a day.

5.Wound care: First, dip a cotton swab in saline solution and clean the wound with a dry swab. Apply ointment on the wound once in the morning and evening. Do not be in contact with raw water to avoid infection.

6.Depending on personal conditions, suture are removed 7-10 days post operation. Contact with raw water to shampoo hair can only be done 24 hours after suture are removed.

7.To avoid post operation swelling, skin-tone tape will affixed to the face for five days. Do not self-remove the tape.

8.There may be temporary numbness, tightness, heaviness, or other sensitive conditions after surgery, which are considered normal conditions.

9.Avoid bowing over an extended period of time 2-3 weeks after surgery to avoid welling. Do not engage in exercises that require holding of breath (such as sit-ups, constipation, etc.) to help reduce swelling.

10.Avoid rubbing the face or exaggerated facial expressions one month after surgery, so as not to affect the postoperative results.

11.During wound healing, avoid excitant foods (such as coffee, tea, tobacco, alcohol, spicy foods, diet pills, herbal medicine, etc.) and foods that are too hard. Take more high-protein foods (such as fish, meat, beans, eggs, milk) to promote wound healing.

Q&A

Q:I was born with caret-shaped eyebrows. My friends often mock me, saying I look unlucky (inverted eyebrows). Oh my! I heard that endoscopic correction lift surgery can improve my problem. What is an endotine?

A:An endotine is an endoscopic fixator made of a resorbable lactic acid material. After implantation into the body, it is resorbed after one or one and half years. Through the even distribution of force and strain on five points, it does not detach easily. Of course it can lift your eyebrows to their normal positions, so as to improve the caret-shape eyebrows. Only 3-5 days of postoperative care is needed before you can return to your workplace!

Q:Is it painful after Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift Surgery?

A:Since endoscopic surgery precisely bypasses nerves and vascular tissues through a microscope, most customers only feel bloated scalp or numbness after surgery.

Q:How long is the postoperative recovery period? Can I work normally during the time?

A:The postoperative recovery period is about 3-7 days. Since our forehead skin tissues have thinner thickness, the degree of bloatedness can be greatly reduced, as if you are experiencing edema from dinking too much water the previous night before bedtime. If you do not mind it, you can still go to work normally.

Q:My eyebrows are unsymmetrical. How can I improve them so both sides are symmetrical?

A:With Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift, our forehead muscular tissues can be clearly seen. Therefore, appropriate adjustment can be done through endotine fixation, which will make both sides of the eyebrows as symmetrical as possible.

Q:Can it only lift the corners of the eyes? Will the eyes turn into Chinky eyes that look unnatural?

A:Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift removes sagging muscular tissues of the forehead through the use of an endoscope and a special instrument. Since the surgery involves evenly lifting sagging tissues in a 3D manner to present the youthful radiance, “Chinky” eyes will not result.

Q:I am 19 years old this year. My double eyelids are covered by folds, and the folds are hanging down, slightly covering my vision. Is there a way to solve the problem?

A:You can improve the problem through Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift. Do not attempt to undergo double eyelid surgery because it is a problem of the eyes, as the surgery may result in the eyebrow pressing against the eye and puffy eyes. Although double eyelid surgery is a simple procedure, problems that result can be very serious. Therefore, consult with more clinics to avoid regret!

Q:Can I apply makeup after Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift Surgery?

A:With Endoscopic Correction Brow Lift, the surgical wound is in the hairline, so the wound is completely invisible. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the makeup issue after surgery, as makeup will not be affected.
